This is the first model I designed with my 3D printer, it is a very simple cable clip designed to hold an extension cord cable (8mm diameter) against the skirting board and the floor. The ‘spring’ nature is so that the clip can be pushed under the skirting board where the gap varies in height.

The clip doesn't hold with great strength in part due to the size, but it solved a problem for me. There may be better solutions, but this is a quick one I came up with as I didn't want to nail, glue or cause any damage to the skirting board.
