Golden Den Den Mushi - One Piece

This is the Golden Dendenmushi/Escargophone/Snailphone from the One Piece anime.

There are two variations for you to choose:

1. Solid v1 -Completely solid single model
2. Button ver. - Three part model with pressable button.

Print Instructions:

• Print at the designed 100% scale.
• This model is designed to be printed completely without supports.
• Turning on brims might be good practice for all of the provided models.
• Print with 0.2mm layerheight or lower for the smaller details and better overhang quality.
• Remember to align seams to a corner.

How I Post Process:

1. Print Model (Skip to step 0000 if printed with black filament)
2. Sand and roughen up the surface to better accept primer.
3. Spray or brush primer onto model
   • I personally a brush-on art Gesso since it is non-toxic, safe for indoor use, works as a gap filler, and easily sandable.
   • You can tinte the gesso with black paint or ink to skip step 4.
   • Sand down or buff with a high grit paper, I use a green washing up sponge.
4. Paint the base colour with black or other dark coloured paint/ink.
5. Once dry, apply Rub & Buff metallic colours onto the model.
6. Optional - Add some black wash (very diluted black paint) to the recesses such as mouth, eyes, shell to add definition to the shapes.
7. Finished! Just dont press the button….
