This is a replacement front panel for the H510 Elite from NZXT. This is a great case, and a cheap case at that! The single biggest issue is the entire front of the case is a glass panel. Read entire Instructions to see DIY steps, don't just print if you don't know what you're getting into.

Does it look good? Yeah! Can your fans breath when they're pointed at a solid sheet of silica and soda lime? Hell no.

This mod tries to bridge the gap between looking good and working properly, with functionality being its primary purpose. This requires some DIY. You will need some store bought parts to make this work the best it can, but It can be done without them if you don't care.

I included two patterned front panels and a blank. You can use the blank to design whatever pattern you want.

Step 1 - Remove front glass from from the case. There are two tiny Phillips head screws on both sides near the top. Once removed it will pop straight out with a bit of a push on the edges.

Step 2 - Remove glass from front panel frame. Glass is adhered to metal with double sided foam mounting tape. I slid razor blades and a bed scraper between the glass and metal while soaking it in some alcohol. I managed to get the glass out in one piece. You will also need to remove the chinks of tape from the frame afterwards.

Step 2.5 - Get air filter screen and magnetic tape. This is what I used. It isn't necessary to get the magnetic tape. You can put it together with foam mounting tape or whatever else you have, but the screen is highly recommended for the health of the PC. Whatever you decide to buy be sure it is large enough to fit the panel

Step 3 - Print and assemble parts, this will probably require some hand fitting. I have included some tolerance, not a large amount. If you can print the front panel on its back in one piece, that is ideal, but I also managed to get half decent results splitting it in half with support towers towards the top.
