Made and combined a few replacement gears with to repair a toy RC car that has a small 3V DC motor in it. Priinted with a 0. 2mm nozzle, scaling the X and Y in your slicer by 50% since doesn't let me do frational modules. Combined the STL files generated from the STL gears website in FreeCAD by importing them, converting from mesh to shape, creating a solid from the shape, refining the shape, creating a simple copy and then finally fusing two geears together. There are 4 gears that needed replacing:
The gear attached to the motor, a small 8 toothed gear
Two reduction gears, 22 tooth to 8 tooth gears
The gear attached to the axel, 24 tooth gear
