Hier ein Ersatzdeckel für die Bestway Sandfilterpumpe P03830.
Herausforderung war das exotische Gewinde, welches ich selbst konstruieren musste. Es handelt sich um ein Whitworth-Gewinde mit 55° Flankenwinkel, Kernloch 56,74mm und einer Steigung von 10 Gängen pro Zoll (2,54mm). Die Flankenhöhe entspricht R3/4".
Die Gewindebezeichnung lautet W 60 x 1/10" LON.
Passt rất tốt auf das vorgesehene Gewinde.
Zum editieren ist die STEP-Datei mit dabei. Gedruckt mit PET und einer Layer-Höhe von 0,12mm.
