Hydroponic Style Tower Indoor – Tháp thủy canh để bàn trong nhà

Hallo,

mình xin giới thiệu hệ Hydroponic-Sytem cho nhà bếp!
Lúc nào cũng có rau thơm tươi trong tầm tay, mình hình dung nó sẽ như vậy…. :)

Mình muốn thiết kế một món nhìn khác biệt so với mấy tower dạng tròn.
Theo mình thì mình làm được khá ổn!

Những chi tiết cần in:

• 1x Deckel_unten
• tối thiểu 2x Modul, tốt nhất 3
• 1x Deckel_oben_neu
• 4x Korb cho mỗi Modul

Ngoài ra cần thêm:

• 4x vít M4x15 V2A cho mỗi Modul
• 4x ê-cu M4 V2A cho mỗi Modul
• Ống PVC dài 60cm, đường kính trong 8mm

Bơm:

• ở đây chỉ cần bơm mini 230V kiểu bơm hồ/giếng, 5W và cột áp 60cm là đủ
• Pumpe

Giỏ trồng:

• 240mm
• Pflanzbehälter

Lắp ráp:

• bắt nắp dưới với module đầu tiên bằng vít
• chồng các module tiếp theo lên và bắt vít, nhớ trượt ê-cu vào trước
• với nắp trên: lắp 4 cái giỏ lần lượt từng cái một (kiểu press fit), sau đó luồn ống vào, cuối cùng gắn vào module trên cùng

Filament nên dùng PETG!
20% infill
4 walls, 4 top layers, 4 bottom layers

Phần trồng:

Mua bộ dinh dưỡng Canna Aqua nutrient complex kèm thêm PH-Down. Nước chỉnh về pH 6.5. EC từ 600 trở lên đến 1500. Trồng rau thơm trong viên đất nung (expanded clay). KHÔNG dùng len cừu hay vật liệu tương tự, vì nó sẽ đẩy pH lên trên 8. Cây sẽ chết luôn…

I wanted to design something that stands out visually from the round towers.

Which parts are necessary:

1x lid_bottom
min. 2x module, better 3
1x lid_top_new
4x basket per module

Also required:

4x M4x15 V2A screws per module
4x M4 V2A nuts per module
60cm PVC hose inner diameter 8mm

Pump:
a small 230V well pump with 5W and 60cm delivery head is sufficient here

Plant basket:
240mm
Planter

Assembly:

Screw the lower cover to the first module
Attach and screw on further modules, insert nuts beforehand
first fit the 4 baskets into the upper lid one after the other (press fit), then slide on the tube and finally insert into the last module

Filament should be PETG!

The cultivation:

Buy the Canna Aqua nutrient complex plus the PH-Down additive. The water is adjusted to PH 6.5. EC value from 600 upwards to 1500. Place herbs in expanded clay. DO NOT use sheep's wool or similar, as this will drive the pH value above 8 and the plants will simply die...
