LayZSpa Filter No. 6 - Filterballs - Bestway

Dưới đây là 2 phiên bản của mình cho filter adapter để dùng filter balls trong bồn sục LayZSpa. Tổng cộng bỏ vừa 24 filter balls vào trong giỏ. Nếu muốn, bạn có thể in thêm 2 ron (seal) bằng TPU, mỗi ron dày 1mm.

Có 2 phiên bản:

• V5: chỉ có phần khoét ở mặt trên để chứa filter balls, nhằm cho diện tích lọc tối ưu và tránh tạo khe hở giữa filter balls và filter adapter.
• V6: có phần khoét cả dưới và trên.

Mình in phần rãnh với một lớp tách (separating layer) / support bằng PLA (màu đỏ). Trong Bambu-Slicer cấu hình phần này rất dễ.

Mình chưa test được cái filter này, nên rất mong nhận được góp ý/feedback của mọi người.

Here are my two versions for a filter adapter to use filter balls in the LayZSpa whirlpools. A total of 24 filter balls fit into the basket. Optionally, two seals can be printed in TPU, each 1mm thick.

There are two versions, a V5, which only has a recess for the filter balls at the top to provide an optimum filter surface so that there are no gaps between the filter balls and the filter adapter.

Version V6 has cut-outs at the top and bottom.

I printed the groove with a PLA (red) separating layer or support structure. This is very easy to configure in Bambu-Slicer.

I haven't been able to try out the filter yet, so I would appreciate your feedback.

Assembly instructions:

1. Tháo cái vòng có các lẫy màu đen.

1. remove the ring with the black flaps.

2. Lắp phần Bottom vào và cho 7 filter balls vào lớp dưới.

2. insert the bottom part and fill the bottom with seven filter balls

3. Ở lớp kế tiếp, thêm 7 filter balls nữa theo kiểu xen kẽ/so le.

3. In the next layer, add another seven filter balls in staggered order.

4. Giờ thêm lớp cuối với 7 bóng nữa, cũng phải xếp so le lại.

4. Now add the last layer with seven balls, these must also be staggered order again.

5. Đặt nắp Top canh ngay giữa lên trên các bóng

5. Now place the Top-Part lid centered on the balls

6. Giờ có thể đậy và vặn kín hộp lại. Nắp có một cái gờ và sẽ nằm khít/phẳng với phần Bottom.

6. Now the container can be closed and screwed on. The lid has an edge and is flush with the bottom part.
