Dành cho shaft có đường kính ngoài từ 5 đến 8mm
Bạn sẽ cần: base, một cap theo đường kính ngoài của shaft (chọn cỡ kế tiếp), và 3 inserts theo góc mong muốn (0°, 1°, 1,5° hoặc 2°).
Khóa bayonet sẽ hoạt động ngon nhất nếu phần pin và guide được in kèm một ít support như trong hình.

For shafts with an outer diameter of 5 to 8 mm
You will need the base, a cap with the outer diameter of the shaft (next size), and three inserts with the desired angle (0°, 1°, 1.5°, or 2°).
The bayonet fitting works best if the pin and guide are printed with some support as shown in the image.

Rãnh dọc (thẳng đứng) trên base cho biết vị trí của guide vane (vuông góc 90° so với dây cung).

Các inserts có góc (1°, 1,5° và 2°) đã có sẵn trong file STL cho cả bản left và right. Trong slicer, tách STL thành từng object, dựng đứng lên rồi in biến thể bạn cần 3 cái và không cần support.

The vertical indentation at the base indicates the position of the guide vane(90° to the string).

The inserts with angles (1°, 1.5°, and 2°) are included in the STL file for both left and right sides. In your slicer, split the STL file into objects, orient them vertically, and print the desired variant three times without supports.

Nếu bạn dán vanes bằng keo khô lâu (không dùng keo siêu dính), thì có thể dùng dây thun để cố định 3 inserts.

Cập nhật 27.12.25 về inserts: Ở phiên bản 1.1, khe gắn hẹp hơn nên vanes sẽ ôm chặt hơn. Để tránh bị quá chặt, phần phía trước được làm mỏng để tạo độ đàn hồi; cách này chạy ổn với cả PLA lẫn PETG.

If the vanes are attached with a longer-setting adhesive instead of superglue, the three inserts can be secured with a rubber band.

December 27, 2025 Update on the inserts: In version 1.1, the mounting gap is narrower, resulting in a tighter fit for the vanes. To prevent this from becoming too tight, the front section has been thinned to allow for flexibility. This works with both PLA and PETG.
