In 3D in "My Mini Factory", in "Thingiverse", I have this "Montblanc Coaster" file. I printed it with a layer height of 0.2mm and used the "hilbertcurve" pattern for the top layer to give the surface a nice texture. The fit was perfect for me with a 0.2mm tolerance.

In 3D in "My Mini Factory", in "Thingiverse", I have this "Montblanc Coaster" file. I printed it with a layer height of 0.2mm and used the "hilbertcurve" pattern for the top layer to give the surface a nice texture. The fit was perfect for me with a 0.2mm tolerance. You can adjust this in the Fusion 360 file using a parameter. This parameter changes the size of the white part. Please note that the star is not 100% symmetrical, but I can't tell by looking at it.
