In 3D in 100% infill with Overture black 95A TPU on “flex” settings in Slicer, worked every time. I made two versions, one with flat sides all around that prints cleaner due to no supports and another with pointed sides in a few places for better rigidity. Either should work on 6-12mm glass or other material with the latter having more controlled areas of bend.
