This crutch holder has been designed for a 22m diameter crutch and the Veldink4kids/ottobock classic wheelchairs.

It is designed to be printed in 2 parts flat and then melted together with a soldering iron and some spare filament/ failed prints. 
putting my soldering iron at 250C worked best for me, any hotter works fine too, but you might burn the plastic instead of melting it. 

Does need m6 bolt and screw for assembly.

it could also be printed in one part, but then you have to deal with support material, printing it like this at an angle might help with strength, but it already is plenty strong.
