This was almost impossible for me to figure out how to do and streatched my abilities to the limits.  It will likely torture your printer and it shouldnt be attempted unless you have it dialed in enough to minimize stringing.  I've set up the project file for a mini, and included the full STL as well as the stl for each color so you can decide what to do with it and decorate as you wish.  the original artwork measured 16"x24" but I think the picture I was working off of got slightly cropped so this will be closer to 16"x22"ish if printed full size.  Of course you could go bigger.  I wouldn't scale it down much though because the zillions of red dots might not print well if it gets much smaller than say 66% scale.  

If you're having trouble with printing, the stl files for each tile are here too and they might need a little cleaning up in order to avoid some print errors.  Tiles are assembled as follows

Start by printing white then change to yellow then red then black

The process I used involved separating the original artwork into its 4 separite colors and then turning the layer masks into svg vector graphics that could then be turned into an stl.  The svg files ended up being too complex for prusaslicer or tinkercad to handle so https://svg2stl.com saved the day.  After downloading the resulting stl files prusaslicer was able to align and reassemble the colors into one file
