Đồ Trang Trí Giáng Sinh/Quả Châu "Low Poly"

A set of 3 low poly baubles with discreet built-in hanging holes. The pieces can also be placed as table or mantelpiece decorations. They print as a shell without a base, and no supports are needed.

I found that an inner brim works much better than an outer brim when it comes to removal from build plate and a cleaner look after brim is removed. I also printed a couple with no brim on a PEI textured plate, but it’s a single layer on the base, so may not hold for the entire print. It did for me on the 2 occasions I tried it, but I felt more confident with having the brim.

I printed with the following settings:

• 0.4mm nozzle
• 0.08mm layer height
• ironing on topmost surface
• arachne walls
• 3 walls
• turned off “ensure vertical shell thickness”
• inner 5mm brim is suggested
• no supports needed

Those willing/able to multicolour print could make some fancy prints, as per the red/green/white painted model mockup example.
