Easy Material Settings Calibration with Bridge

Remix of A_R_B's fantastic "Easy Material Settings Calibration Piece" with added 18mm long 0.5mm thick bridging test.

This remix of the original model features:

• print time of 5-10 minutes
• walls are exactly 1.0mm to see over or underflow
• a 45° overhang with a 1.0mm platform that can show warping and if you need to change the filament-fan speed
• Will show any stringing in the tube or between the tube and platform
• a 0.2mm space between the cube and the cylinder which can be checked with a paper if needed
• a 18mm long 0.5mm thick bridging test
