The nut should be just under 10 mm (yes, mixed units) across the flats.  The washer is just under 16.55 mm x1.6 mm thick.  The print stops about halfway through for the insertion of the parts.  Recess is for a 10-32 button head screw.

Under test.  Don't leave it in a car in the summer, since the spring tension will push on the soft plastic (or print in ASA).

***Designed to be printed in layer height of 0.2mm. This is part of the internal bridging above the washer space.
