You push the holder in the roll of masking tape and hold the handle between your fingers of the right hand. This leaves your left hand free to hold one end of the tape, and the thumb of your right hand to apply pressure to the tape; makes it easier to apply paint masking film before a spray paint job.

Printing

After loading the model, put the flat parts on the print bed. I printed in PETG, 0.4mm nozzle with 0.65mm extrusion widht, 2 walls and 0.2mm layer height, 10% infill.
After printing, push the two parts of the handle together; if necessary use a vice. If the push fit is strong enough, glueing might not neccessary . Clean up the thread on the core with a M4 tap. Assemble the core and the handle with a long (e.g. 45mm) M4 hexagon bolt so the core can spin freely.
