Lisboa Deluxe edition remix

Thank you to mscott809 for the original design! I just made a few tweaks to some of the files to save further on filament and ensure it was safe for vertical storage.

Print one of each file apart from the Player Spacer, Goods, and Money boxes where you need to print two of each, and the Player file which needs four copies. I've also included the files from another design for the 3D buildings that do fit in the box. The 3D public buildings linked from the original design though I could not see a way of fitting in the box.

My print in the photos is hashed as I print without tops/bottoms/walls to save on filament.
