This is a slim case designed for the X-Acto #1 handle (8mm Diameter) and X-Acto #11 blades. It holds the handle (with blade) and 6 extra #11 blades. The case and the lid are printed separately. Magnets are required for full-functionality of the case.

The case was designed to be assembled with 3/16 inch diameter & 1/8 inch deep neodymium disk magnets. It takes 12 magnets. The magnets press in fairly tight (At least with my setup), but I chose to also use a drop of super glue on each magnet when assembling it. 

The lid slides into place with a dovetail, and is held in place with magnets. A print modifier part is included to use multi-material printing for the lid lettering color if you want to. I chose red for the lid and black for the letters, as seen in the pictures. (I use Orcaslicer, I don't know if part-based print modifiers are available in other slicers).

The extra blades are held in place by magnets, and can be removed easily by pressing down gently on the non-point end of the blade to prop them up ~45 degrees, or by catching your fingernail under the non-point end and lifting up (This is more likely to blunt the tip, though not by much.) If the blade does not prop up easily, slide the blade backwards, the knife edge of the blade catches in the plastic if pushed to far forward.

The handle sits freely in the slot, but is unable to move in a way to blunt the tip or roll around too much.

The case is 155mm (~6.1 in) long, 50mm (~2in) wide, and 12.5mm (~0.5in) thick.
