Kệ để dụng cụ vệ sinh

I needed some more space below my kitchen sink to store cleaning supplies. To make use of the vertical space, I designed this shelf. 

I tried to print the first part with painted on supports to help bridge the gap for the connecting part. As the supports did not adhere well to the diagonal braces, I woke up to a spaghetti mess. Maybe I also forgot to paint on supports around the screw holes and they were printed in mid-air xD. 

Luckily, the print finished with just a rough bridge part.

For the second part, I printed some support brackets out of PETG beforehand and fixed them to the nearly finished print using some tape. This one turned out a little better. 

Making sure the support brackets are perfectly alligned and maybe printing them from PLA might yield better results. Or just enable normal supports. 

Print settings: 

• PLA but any material should work 

• 3 perimeters

• 15% infill

Other parts:

• the two pieces are fixed together with m4*15 screws and nuts
