Those little bits tokens just not cutting it for you? Well, today's your lucky day! I took the best number counter design I could find online and remixed it with an embossed bits icon for extra aesthetic value! 

I personally used several counters during an Oshi Push webcam tournament with great results! I used one to keep track of my bits, another to keep track of my subscriber count, and a few more to keep track of my and my opponent's influence at each platform!

I recommend printing this in multicolor, with a second color (probably orange or yellow) for just the bits icons on the side pieces. It should make it pop more than mine do. 

I also used ironing to smooth out the exterior of the side pieces, which I think was a nice touch.

The digit rings print easily without supports, but the side pieces will likely need them, I printed them with the bits icon facing up, so that when I get my hands on some more pretty filament colors, it'll be easy for me to do a manual filament change. Even with the large opening for the stem being filled with supports, it was easy to remove using needle nose pliers and assembly went smoothly every time.
