This is a replacement gear for the rear wheel motor used on Peg-Perego John Deere Gator ride-on vehicles.

I've personally confirmed that it fits the older-style John Deere Gator that I own. It may also fit other Peg-Perego ride-on vehicles that use the same motor and gearbox, but I have not verified compatibility with other models.

Print Settings

I printed mine in ABS using the following settings:

• Material: ABS

• Wall Loops (Perimeters): 10

• Top Layers: 10

• Bottom Layers: 10

• Infill: 25%

• Infill Pattern: Gyroid

These settings are probably more robust than necessary, but I wanted a durable replacement that I wouldn't have to print again anytime soon. Depending on your printer, material, and intended use, you may be able to reduce these settings and still achieve a strong part.

Included Files

I've included both the STL and STEP files so the model can be modified if needed to fit other Peg-Perego ride-on vehicles or custom applications.
