Description

Filament spool holder that mounts to the side of the Flashforge AD5M printer.
The holder is using four of the frame screw holes, replacing the original screws.

When mirroring the main part in the slicer it can also be mounted on the other side of the printer.

Print with a higher than usual wall-count and lots of infill to prevent drooping.
Filament spools can be quite heavy.

Hardware requried:
4x m4x16 screws (the original ones are not long enough)
2x 608 ball bearings (8x22x7mm)
1x M8 threaded rod, cut to length for the spool roller
2x M8 nuts, preferrably self-locking

The "tube mount" part can be screwed into one of the empty frame screwholes one the back of the printer for holding a longer PTFE tube directly below the spool holder.
