Vòng cổ BDSM - Khóa Padlock

A bondage collar that uses a sliding front plate to lock the collar closed. The front plate holds a small padlock, so the collar requires a key to remove. For the padlock, you can use the Master 120 (https://www.amazon.com/Master-Lock-120D-Brass-Padlock/dp/B00004SQL5/), or the ABUS 65/20 (https://www.amazon.com/ABUS-ABU6520C-Abus-65-Padlock/dp/B000P5TR2M/). The ABUS is slightly smaller than the Masterlock, so there is a separate face plate for each. Also, each face plate comes with and without an attachment for a ring.

This collar is similar to 'BDSM Collar - padlock121' (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7354668), which uses a different, slightly larger, padlock. There are other similar collars in my collection, that use a variety of locking mechanisms. Search "BDSM Collar" to see them.

If you need a different size, post the required dimensions in the comments, and I'll upload the STL files for you. Due to the size of the padlock, 36 mm is the minimum height.

The collar itself is in two halves, "pad-145x112x38-DEV_R.stl" and "pad-145x112x38-DEV_L.stl". These will work with both the Masterlock and ABUS versions of the face plate.
The face plates are:
pad-FPL[R]_M.stl - for use with Masterlock 120
pad-FPL[R]_A.stl - for use with ABUS 65/20

After printing the face plate, press the padlock into place by putting the padlock over the provided space, and pushing straight back. It should "snap" into place, and be held securely.

I have had good luck printing in black PETG with PLA supports. I use a 1.5" finishing nail for the hinge. Depending on your printer, you may need to drill out the hinge holes a bit for the nail to slide into place.  Another user drills the holes to 2 mm, then uses a bit of 1.75 mm filament for the hinge pin.

When printing the faceplate, block supports for the upper half of the ring attachment. Pause the print half way through, so you can put a metal ring into place, then resume printing.
