I kept breaking these cheap dollar tree nail files by dropping them or crushing them in a bag. This is tested as drop safe (for me). It is fairly tight at first, but given that you're storing a file it self clearances very quickly. You could probably also heat it up for a more custom fit.  Print it flat and make sure the top is bridging over the walls.
