Custom dial for the Eureka Mignon Zero (32mm original dial). Designed for crisp, readable tick marks and numbers using a color-change, no MMS needed. Likely compatible with other Mignon models sharing the same dial size.

• Numbers corrected from original reference — final model has the right orientation

• Fine direction arrow on the outer rim of the knob

• Number internals removed and numbers connected to minimize retractions on the first layer — critical for clean results

• Includes spacer part for accurate pointer positioning during assembly

• Two-part color change: base color → white (2 layers) → black for tick marks and numbers

Assembly

• Apply ~1mm thick VHB tape to the bottom of the pointer

• Use the included spacer to align the pointer correctly — press together, then slide the spacer out

• Secure the printed knob to the original knob with 2× M4×16mm screws and 2× M4 nuts, inserted into the recessed holes — very light pressure only

• Layer height: 0.16mm (not a standard profile — set manually)

• Nozzle: 0.4mm

• First layer: 1 wall only, printed at ~30mm/s

• Color change: base color → +2 layers → white → +2 layers → black
