I needed a compact paper dispenser that uses easy-to-find replacement rolls. This design was made to fit the paper rolls from Biltema, but should work with any roll of similar dimensions — up to Ø120 mm × 200 mm.

Design highlights:

• Tool-free assembly — everything twists together, including the lid and the tear-off bar at the bottom

• No supports needed for printing

• A wrench or small screwdriver may be needed to tighten the screws

Print settings (what you see in the photos):

• Layer height: 0.15 mm (structural profile)

• Walls: 3

• Top/bottom layers: 5

• Infill: 20% gyroid

• Material: Prusament PLA Midnight Black
