This is a custom‑designed FXRT Fairing Vent Screen featuring a clean hexagonal honeycomb pattern, fully modeled from scratch to match the original aftermarket part. The design fits the FXRT‑style fairing and replaces the stock or custom vent grill.

I printed the prototype in PETG, which already works well outdoors, but the best results are obtained with carbon‑reinforced PETG (PETG‑CF) or ASA‑CF for improved stiffness, heat resistance and long‑term UV stability.

Recommended Materials

• PETG (good)

• PETG‑CF or ASA‑CF (superior)

• Nozzle: 0.4–0.6 mm

• Layer height: 0.20–0.28 mm

• 3–4 perimeters for strength

Notes

• Designed for motorcycles using the FXRT‑style fairing

• You can sand and paint the part if needed

• Carbon‑reinforced filaments give the most rigid and stable result
