Description
Upgraded Radiomaster MT12 triggers
I broke one of my original triggers and rather than buying new ones that are just as weak I made new ones that are beefier and also shorter so they don't catch on things as easily
These are made with some extra material on them so it's necessary to sand them down for better fitment against the buttons inside the radio. I made them like this after the first attempt with less material but I felt that they lacked precission and the movement to engage the triggers where too long
The short trigger is a bit sharp, I am working on new versions......some day but the longer version works really well
These where initially printed on my Creality Cr-6 using PETG and I hade to smooth ridge that sits inside the radio (see picture) to make sure it had full movement, I designed them like that to allow for as much material as possible, basically what you need to take off are the edges of the filament
I have since printed them on my Bambu P1S using the same PETG and from that machine I had no sanding needs at all and I've been told that printing them in resin makes for really nice triggers
The triggers uses one M2x12 for each trigger and there's no need to drill or modify the radio in any way
