165 mm headlight cover - fits   very well - I am very pleased. 

I have been building a motorcycle and decided id play around with a headlight fairing type cover for minimal protection but for aesthetics. 

I have not printed this a smooth finish - mostly because I forgot how!

This is an imperfect prototype but got me to the size and shape I wanted. Im sure you could edit it to suit your needs, print smooth finish for example. 

The ride line was due to a powercut half way through!

However I intend to sand and fill it until it meets my requirements and mould it so I can make a fiberglass version. 

I would love to see someone else print one for their motorcycle and upload your print on your bike. 

My bike is presently a collection of parts as i had totally disassembled it as a vintage rebuild turn cafe racer project.
