Nắp Chai Thuốc CVS (Pill Bottle Lids)

These lids fit 30/40/60 dram CVS pharmacy medicine bottles / vials (the typical sizes you get for most prescriptions).

There are two variants:

Loose Fit (Easy Opening):

The easy opening lid only has a light hold snap. This is ideal for people who have difficulty opening the standard child lock lids. This is sufficient to prevent an accidental spill if the bottle is knocked over, however it may not hold if placed in luggage or dropped. This is ideal for daily medications that are opened frequently. 

Tight Fit (Standard Opening):

The tight fit lid is very similar to the normal lid. It will be tighter than the standard lid at first, but loosens up after taking it on and off a few times as the layer lines smooth out. This lid is ideal if the bottle is going into a bag/luggage where it needs a tighter fit. This lid is also needed for any bottles being reused as storage containers as the tabs on the bottle round over with repeated opening.

Please note that these lids are not commercially made and have not undergone rigorous testing and should be used at your own risk. THESE LIDS ARE NOT CONSIDERED CHILD SAFE AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS A PREVENTATIVE MEASURE FOR CHILD SAFETY.

I recommend printing these with Tree / organic supports to support the inner tabs. OrcaSlicer will place these floating in the gap where the top of the bottle seals to the lid (see picture). These should remove easily and cleanly. I printed with 2 walls, 10% infill, and .16mm layer height. I do not recommend doing coarser layer heights as this will negatively impact the locking tabs.
