Đồ chơi xếp hình Cube-T Puzzle

The goal is to arrange the 8 cubies in a 2x2x2 cube. However, the protruding Ts will get in the way unless you place everything just right.

Printing is a little challenging because of both the cut-outs and the overhangs. I printed the Ts separately and glued then to the blocks, which helps with printing and also allows you to do a 2-color effect.

Print Instructions

There are 2 files to print: one has the 8 cubes and the others have the Ts. If you print them in different colors then the Ts will have a nice contrast to the cubes.

Printing the Ts

For the Ts, I turned on supports, and manually painted on the supports so they wouldn't interfere with the heads of the Ts, as shown below. The top part of the Ts mate with the other pieces, so I wanted this to be clean from supports to allow for smoother docking. 

Printing the Cubes

For the cubes, no supports are needed but I did have a few loose strands from the bridging that I needed to cut off. If you change the orientatation of the bridging you might have better luck but I haven't tried that yet. 

Assembly Instructions

Once everything is printed, glue in the Ts to the corresponding slots as shown below, and you are ready to go! Only the bottom of the Ts need to be glued in. Two of the cubes will have no Ts.

Solving

It's hard to rate the difficulty of your own puzzles, but I think this one might be somewhat tricky. So don't get frustrated! I might put together a solve video later on.
