This front panel is designed for the BT4-4CHN tester in the version that supports both 18650 and 21700 battery types. My model does not include holes for external battery connection.

Installation recommendations:

• Fit the printed panel to your device and verify everything aligns. Use hand tools for minor adjustments if needed.

• Attach the fan grille using hot glue.

• I've built in channels for indicator lights. You can turn them into light pipes by filling with hot glue: apply molten glue into the channel until a small semicircular drop appears on the front face.

Warning!

There is a high chance of mismatches! The manufacturer of 18650/21700 testers frequently changes their device design. Carefully measure your specific unit and assess compatibility with my model.

You may also modify the part with hand tools — if so, increase the number of perimeters in your slicer to maintain sufficient strength after machining.

The kit includes two files:

• The original file in .FCStd format (FreeCAD 1.1) — for error correction and improvements.

• The finished .3mf print profile (Bambu Studio) — with configured supports, bridges, added text, and a fan grill (recommended as a base).
