Holder thanh nam châm cho pegboard (Sy's system)

A 2 part magnetic bar holder for pegboards using Sy's pegboard system modified to work for 18 inch magnetic bar tool holders.  Print in place as placed in the file.  The back part has the Sy cutout and 5 groove/alignment slots.  Front has the opening for the magnetic bar and 5 tabs to slide into the grooves of the back.  These tabs both align and increase the surface area for the glue.   I used clear Gorilla glue down the center of the back so it settled into each of the 5 grooves, set the front in place, and pressed down allowing the glue to ooze out the joint seam.   Wipe off any excess and check alignment.  Let fully dry.

Slide the magnet bar into the holes (tight fit @15x14mm).  I found some OEM dimension variance from bar to bar so you may need to "pinch" the bar a bit (using channel locks) to get it in.   Insert the 2 pegs into your pegboard at 18 inch gap, then slide the magnetic bar holders down from above onto the pegs.

I used 3 walls with 25% infill for strength.   I made these 25mm wide so there is a small gap between them when placed end-to-end-to-end (daisy chain style).
