I increased the clip dimensions to allow for the thicker edge that I wanted it to slide onto in my Mustang Mach e.  I also designed a slide on cover for aesthetic reasons.  I printed the bin with a .6 nozzle to shorten time to print, but also because I first used ASA-CF, which may clog a smaller nozzle.  I later switched to PETG-CF, but then realized that the abrasive trash bin clip might scratch the interior of the vehicle, so I added a thin cork layer on the inside of the clip area.  As a result, I would avoid CF and I think PETG would be adequate.  The Mustang logo in the photo was simply glued on the cover.
