Dụng cụ chà nhám (Sanding tools)

Easy to use tool for sanding made in two different shapes to use depending on your needs.

The upper block serves to hold the sandpaper in place and it is screwed to the base with a threaded screw. 

The project is a work-in-progress and I'll update it with new blocks time to time.

Parts:

knob.stl

Threaded fixing knob. This piece is compatible for both tool shapes.

blobk_top.stl

Upper part for blocking the sandpaper. This piece is compatible for both tool shapes.

block_bottom_square.stl

Square shape bottom piece. Dimensions: 50x60mm

block_bottom_wedge.stl

Wedge shape bottom piece. Dimensions: 50x110mm

Print & Tips:

I personally used Prusament PLA, 0.4mm nozle and the Prusa Mini+ as printer.

For the screw, I recommend using a good print definition, I used 0.1mm.

No supports for printing are required.
