Ống dẫn filament dạng phễu cho bowden extruder kim loại generic

Summary

I bought a cheap generic bowden extruder very similar to this and immediately grew incredibly annoyed because the filament stuck to the threads in the hole on the output side of the extruder.

So I created this little funnel thing with the same M6x1 threading as the pneumatic coupling and the same 2 mm inner diameter as the PTFE tubing.

This is the first iteration and it worked flawlessly for me.
Now I can use the "load filament" script in octoprint from where the gears just grips the filament and it goes straight through!

Print Settings

Printer: Anet A8

Rafts: No

Supports: No

Resolution: 0.2 mm

Infill: Doesn't matter

Notes:

One thing to note is it's quite a tight fit, so it takes a bit of effort to scew it in.
In hindsight I guess its better to print with maybe two perimeters and zero infill to give it at bit more flex.
(I printed with three perimeters and solid infill)

Post-Printing

Ensure that that the inner diameter really is 2 mm by either drilling or just testing with a couple of filaments; they should move freely through the inner hole.

(Mine came out perfectly one the first try but this is crucial)
