Use a (semi-)transparent filament for the outer pot. That way a water indicator is not necessary.

When printing in VASE MODE:

• Make sure that the printed line width in vase mode matches the wall width, so the dimensions of the inner an outer pot line up correctly. 
• When changing the SCALE of the pots in vase mode, the inner and outer pot need to be scaled differently, depending on the intended line width to be printed with and the desired fitting tolerances.
