This base for the official Nintendo Switch 2 camera model features 4 interior spaces to fit 10 mm x 2.5 mm magnets.  

In your slicer put a pause command at the layer just before the magnets are covered and insert the magnets before resuming.  You will need supports for printing, so you may also want to put support blockers or modify your bridging settings so the magnet spaces are not supported as well, or you can simply remove the supports during the pause.
