Nút Bịt Chai (Bottle Stopper) – Phần Đáy

Bottle Stoppers to be used with modular Bottle Toppers published separately (see list below). A threaded stud on the bottom Bottle Topper screws into the hole on the top of the Stopper.

3 Sizes:

1. SMALL - Wine & tall Liquor bottles (bottom= 0.656" dia. & top = 0.813" dia.) 
2. MEDIUM - Short Liquor bottles (bottom = 0.750" dia. & top= 0.937" dia.)
3. LARGE - Large Liquor bottles (bottom= 0.875" dia. & top= 1.062" dia.)

These need to be printed with a flexible material in order to seal the bottle correctly. I printed mine in TPU. The print needs to be printed with variable infill and perimeters to function correctly (I used the “Height Range Modifier” function in PrusaSlicer). The bottom of the Stopper needs to be flexible and the hole needs to be rigid.

Using a 0.20mm layer height:

1. 0 to 23.4 mm: 25% Grid Infill, 5 bottom layers & 2 perimeters
2. 23.4 to 25.4 mm: 100% Rectilinear infill & 5 perimeters
