Dây đai khóa thay thế cho máy làm dịu Fisher-Price Calming Clouds™

Story:

I bought used Fisher-Price soother with, as it occured, broken locking strap - part that is used to mount whole soother to the crib. As you can see on photo of original part, a hole that holds it all snapped, due to that it was quite wobbly when mounted.

Design:

I made this design as close to original part as possible, using photos to get dimensions. After realizing that it wont be easly printable I decided to make it completly flat and to get better strength I thickened it up to 4 mm (max that safely fits in its slot).

Original part is almost 400 mms long so I made another version that fits onto my Ender's 3 bed easier (~ 200 mm) which works perfectly for me.

All of the belt version I mentioned are available as 3mf files and on Onshape.

Printing:

I printed it with quite low quality 98A tpu, beeing afraid of poor layer adhesion and it coming out weak, I printed it with like 10 perimeters and 6 both top and bottom solid layers. It came out much more rigid that original part, although with little bit of force I manged to mount it in its place and its holding better than I would imagine.
