Hardware required: M3 x 16 bolt + nut

Circumferences:

M = 17.7 cm
L = 20.4 cm

After many failures with handcuffs found on the internet I realized that there was a serious need for handcuffs with as few moving parts as possible. This uses only one bolt, includes an anchor point and the hinge makes it incredible stable.
