Connectors and outlet plates for 4 inch / 100mm ventilation ducting.

Print two '45 degree angle' parts and glue and/or bolt together to create a complete connector. Printing in 2 parts has the advantage that no supports are need for printing.  This connector also has holes on the outside so it's easy to hang the ducting from walls or the ceiling.

The connectors attach to 4 inch ventilation ducting. They are designed with a small ridge so the ducting doesn't slip off. Secure the ducting with cable ties.  You can ‘chain’ cable ties together to get a long enough tie to fit all the way around the 4 inch ducting.

Print settings:

• No supports required.
• I used PETG for strength and longevity. 
• Print with at least 5 walls for strength.
