Ill-fitting 3D printed threads are a pet peeve of mine. There are ton of models out there that require hacks like scaling threads before printing to make them work without jamming.

I recently made a blog post on why so many 3D printed threads jam or fail and I've decided to help address this issue by writing an easy to use OpenSCAD library that generates threads with appropriate tolerances for your printer.
