A desk pen base, set at 25 degrees from horizontal. The cap fits snugly in, but prints separately letting the user design their own version to hold their favorite pen. 

The cap should print with a 0.2mm nozzle and 0.8mm layer height if it has threads. A brim is reccomended, but support is probably not necessary. 

The base prints best with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.16mm layers, but the bottom should have a 100% infill to give it some weight, or you can try pausing the print and adding something heavy inside. 
Rubber feet are recomended afterwards to keep it from sliding.
