Products Included as Part of Commercial Licensing

This product item provides a commercial license for the hinged and unhinged versions of the Golf Ball Stencil Holder as well as providing commercial license for printing and selling any of the Stencils listed below.   This model is designed to utilize magnets (to hold the two halves together) but this is optional. 

Golf Ball Holders included as part of this license 

• Hinged holder

  • requires a multifilament printer for 3D printing

  • Use PETG for main body and TPU for the flex hinge

  • Requires a pause print at layer 16 (2.4mm) to allow magnets to be inserted.  

  • Place model in slicer on print bed with inside of holder facing down (as per image)

  • Use painted snug supports for TPU hinge and PETG ball marker holder underside wings.

  • Recommend 0.2mm layer height, 2 perimeters with 10% infill for non TPU areas.

  • Recommend for TPU areas set layer height to 0.1mm from 1.6mm to 2mm model height

• Unhinged holder

  • Requires a single filament printer for 3D printing

  • Print the file twice (once for each half) using PETG for main body

  • Place model in slicer on print bed with inside of holder facing down (as per image)

  • Requires a pause print at layer 16 (2.4mm) to allow magnets to be inserted.

  • Use snug supports for holder underside wing areas

Additional Printing and Assembly Recommendations

• x8 6mm x 2mm magnets (available at Amazon.ca) can be placed into preset holes during the pause in printing for the respective holders.  

  • Recommend marking the sides of the magnets with a sharpie marker to aid when placing the magnets into the slots so that they have the correct orientation to attract instead of repel when the two halves are brought together.

• optional lanyard can be attached via the holes in the handle for the unhinged version so that the two parts do not get separated
