I recommend trying thicker layers to increase the effect.

Concentric Top Fill pattern looks best.

20% infill to support internal overhangs. I also used the "Extra Perimeters on Overhangs" setting.

Model in photo printed in PETG with 0.4 nozzle on a Prusa Core One.
