Material:

• ABS (best for aircraft)

• ASA

• PETG

Layer Height:

• 0.2mm

Walls:

• 3 perimeters minimum

Infill:

• 20–30%

No supports required.

For extreme vibration setups, increase infill to 40%.

For high current builds:

• Use proper nickel or copper busbars

• Spot weld only

• Avoid soldering directly to cells
