Rastex 12 – Cam Lock Connector 12mm (Minifix) để lắp nội thất

Cam lock connector for furniture assembly (also known as Rastex or Minifix). Diameter 12mm.

The original connectors tend to crack over time and I needed to fix the drawer front panel attachment.
I didn't have any spares so I made a model for 3D printing. As a material I used Prusament PC blend and for the drawer front panel it is more than sufficient.

There is small user support block inside groove for the dowel. It is intended to be printed with 0.2mm layer height. If you don't want this support block you can split the model in the slicer and then remove it. But then you will have to use another supporting method in this area. After printing you have to break the support off (see pictures).

There is a small hole at the center of the front face (where the grooves for screwdriver are) which you can use to take the cam lock out (see pictures).

I used Prusament PC blend, 0.2mm layer, 3 perimeters, 20% infill.
