Adapter Ikea Skadis cho Honeycomb Storage Wall (HSW)

The title pretty much says it all! I wanted to use the sturdy and affordable Ikea Skadis accessories on my HSW. In the process, I learned about the huge availability of 3D models for Skadis: They are economical, fast to print, and functional. These Skadis models are now my preferred way to print accessories for both my HSWs and pegboards.

KYZ Design's attachment provides a solid connection to the wall, yet it's easy to detach and move the pieces around. The model is shaped after the bottom half of a Skadis standard peghole, and positioned to accommodate the Skadis back hook within the hexagon's walls.

To use Skadis accessories that need two or more pegholes, simply print as many adapters as needed, and then position the adapters in the HSW accordingly. Turn the attachment upside down for hooks that have a leg resting on the upper part of a peghole.

This is a quick print: 9 min on my Creality Ender-3 V3 KE. I use the Creality's slicer on everything default, and no-frills PLA. The hooks work great on both PLA and PET. I tend to print a batch of hooks and adaptors in different colors when the printer is idle. Because you never know when you will need to hook something up!!!
