Description

These are inserts for the PM20 (90ml) prescription bottle and PM30 (135ml) prescription bottle to provide separation of a few weeks worth of multiple prescriptions and supplements for traveling.  Three of them have no dispensing top; I've always used my finger over the upper part of the bottle.  The PM30 six-way divider is a little large, so there is a version with a pour cover.  The insert doesn't turn too much under the cover when it has some pills in it.

I find this solution easy to travel and keep up with, one bottle instead of several partially full bottles.  I also count my pills and supplements before traveling anyway.  The child proof lids are nice and secure as well.  I take pictures of any prescription labels also.

I use supports from the build plate only, which fills the cavity underneath that matches the bottles.  The dividers are tapered and match the height of the caps.  No tiny pills escape the uncovered dividers.  I'm not sure about dispensing very tiny pills with the cover (there is a 1.5mm gap).  The dispensing cover has a slight snap-fit, but is intended to be held with your thumb as you shake a pill out.

Depending on the level of pills in the whole bottle, you can giggle the insert to free up sticky gel caps.
